What happens when you request a password reset?
When you have requested a password reset, you will be asked to provide your forgotten password answer before you will be able to reset your password. If you have forgotten these details, please contact your organisation / branch administrator as they will be required to reset your user credentials.
If you are an organisation administrator and have forgotten your password answer, please send an email to MIBservicessupport@mib.org.uk for your user credentials to be reset.
